He specialises in landscape construction, solving complex site challenges, and transforming underutilised outdoor spaces into functional, high impact environments. Outside of work, Sacha is passionate about the outdoors, fitness, and the ocean, which strongly influences his connection to natural spaces and the way he approaches each project.

Mike is our Gardening Project Co ordinator, Estimator, and Sales lead, with over 10 years of hands-on industry experience. He is mainly office based, ensuring projects run smoothly, pricing is accurate, and clients are well looked after, but he is always happy to head out on site and get his hands dirty when needed. Highly personable and known for a good chat, Mike combines strong problem solving skills with deep technical knowledge to deliver practical, reliable solutions.
Project Manager/Estimator
Javier, our experienced landscaping project coordinator, brings over 15 years of expertise in quoting, project management, and job oversight. With a strong background in construction and a proven ability to adapt and lead, he ensures projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
